Returns — Small Parcel Orders

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Authorization (RA#) Required

All returns must be approved and issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# may be refused.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us to request an RA#.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.
  3. We will email return instructions (and labels, if applicable).

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Our error (wrong item shipped or defective product): We will cover return shipping.
  • Customer preference / ordered wrong item / changed mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

No Restocking Fee

No restocking fee on eligible new product returns that meet the conditions above.

Returns — Freight Orders

Freight returns are accepted only if the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective. If approved, returns are accepted at no cost to you.

If the freight item was ordered correctly and you no longer want it, you are responsible for all freight return costs.

Freight delivery tip: Inspect shipments before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Depending on the item, you may also choose an exchange or store credit (subject to eligibility and availability).

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times can vary based on your bank or card issuer.
