Order and Returns

For small parcel deliveries you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number).There is a no restocking fee on new product returns. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Otherwise, customer is responsible for shipping cost to us. Special orders, cut liner and used items are not returnable. 

Freight deliveries when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way are returned at no cost.  When the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item the customer will pay the actual cost of return shipping.
