The minnows and bait fish love this stuff
Todd is great to work with. He listens to your concerns and is knowledgeable enough to understand how to treat the pond.
We have 2 significant leak areas on the dam of a newly created .85 acre pond. While the intent is to treat the entire area, we were only able to do 2 passes on the dam side before the wind picked up and we had to stop. The leaks are still there, but MUCH slower. As soon as the weather and our schedules cooperate, we plan to finish what we started, going over the dam again too. What pushed this to a 5 star rating was the exceptional customer service provided by Todd and his staff. We live in Missouri so spoke to them over the phone and by email. When I didn't have a chance to call Todd back on one occasion, he reached out to us to make sure everything was OK. Thank you!!
Great company
As advertised, on time excellent contition
Japanese Trapdoor snails arrived well packaged and transitioned into the ornamental pond with no problems - all alive and of fairly large size. Some remained hidden under plants for a couple days, but one week in all are traveling around the pond eating the string algae, etc. Very pleased.
My snails arrived quickly, they were well packed and all of them were alive. And better yet- they were beautiful big snails. I followed the instructions that were included for acclimating them to the pond and now they are cruising around and munching on the algae. My pond is noticeably cleaner. I highly recommend!
My baker's dozen of trapdoor snails arrived very well packaged in water and are happily scooting around the pond. The last package of snails I received from a different, well known, supplier, arrived wrapped in wet paper towels with half of them crushed. Smith Creek will be my go to.
Product works exactly as it should and the price was much more fair than most others. I have a 20,000 gallon koi pond and to treat that much would have been over the top.
Glad I found this business and will be referring others.
Good stuff
My compressor gradually decreased its air flow over the course of 4 seasons. I took it apart and saw that the old piston ring was damaged but still operable in my opinion. I was doubtful that this rebuild kit alone was going to bring my compressor back to 100%.
I was wrong. After replacing all the components included in this kit which took about 30 minutes and no special tools, my compressor is now pushing tons of air and is back to it's former glory.
Loctite is recommend for the piston screws. Go get some from the hardware store if you don't have any handy.
It really does make your fish healthier.
Well I ordered 50 pounds of aluminum sulfate to clear up very small pond- I simply broadcasted it through out my pond-( it did not do the job that I expected) this prompted me to call smith creek and the person that I spoke to was very helpful- he advised that i dissolve the product in water before adding it to my pond- This was the trick that made made my pond clear up! So I ordered 2 fifty pound bags and now I have a clear pond!
The snails were exactly as promised and all alive! They rocketed (well snail style) out of their double bag into the pond and are happily cruising around their new home.
