Orders & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

If you need help locating your tracking number or checking order status, contact us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Please note that all returns must be approved in advance and issued an RA#.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments require special handling and inspection at delivery.

  • Inspect freight before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Note any visible damage on the paperwork.
  • Take photos and contact us within 48 hours.

Failure to document freight damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a claim.

Where is my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available). If you can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address. If it has shipped, carrier reroutes may not be possible and may involve additional fees. Contact us as soon as possible.

How do returns work?

Most new, unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a Return Authorization (RA#). See full details on our Order & Returns page.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the box (all sides), packing materials, and the product. We’ll help with next steps and carrier documentation.

How do freight deliveries work?
