Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible returns that meet the conditions outlined below and have been approved with a Return Authorization (RA#).

30-Day Return Window

Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Special order items
  • Cut liner
  • Used or installed products
  • Items returned without an approved RA#

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection. Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), original shipping costs may be refunded.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect ordering, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Freight Orders

Freight items are refundable only if damaged during shipping, defective, or shipped incorrectly. Freight return approval and documentation are required.
