NOT HAPPY WITH PURCHASE

I ordered Tags and Tag Gun, I'm not impressed, Tags do not feed well and Gun Jams repeatedly , Needle broke when I tried to clear multiple jams. NOT HAPPY with purchase.

It is possible you had a defective needle which is causing the jamming. I would try one of the extra needles we include in the kit and we will send you an extra set in the mail. If you ever have issues please feel to reach out, we are here to help.

When ordering new or additional tags I wish there was a spot to tell you what numbers I already have. I always wonder if I will get the same numbers again. Or change color. I have got both white and green from you recently. ThNks
