Customer service was great when I made my purchase with PayPal it was ordered to the my old house email representative and they immediately got back to me to change address. I received my three fish eight days later in the mail two out of the three were under 12 inches and two of them had what looked like scrapes all over their body. You know the same that helped me with my shipping address issue and never received a response went online. Emailed the customer service help never received a response. I would not recommend ordering fish in the mail from Smith Creek.

I was notified every step of the way and my grass carp arrived healthy and happy (well, they looked happy!).

They arrived on time and healthy!

When I originally put in my order on their website they did not ask for my NYS permit. Once I called and asked about delivery I was told I needed to submit my permit with the order. Once submitted the fish were delivered as scheduled. I would order from them again if needed.

No issues obtaining a permit. And order was delivered as promised.

We’re in the Eastern part of NY state and they’re in the West. Not a problem, apparently. Smith Creek packed three young grass carp beautifully and shipped them for next-day delivery.
